Key Responsibility :-
Production Planning & Analysis:
o Daily production planning as per the targets given by PPC Team.
o Weekly Raw material planning & scheduling with stores and Procurement team.
o Daily analyses in the opening meeting with GM in regard to resources available ( Packaging fitters, Maintenance Team, Stores, Man power).
o Review of Daily Production.
o Review of Monthly Cumulative Productivity Reports.
o Review of Till Date Production Target Achievements.
o MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE NETWORK OF FIELD EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS, ISRS, ETC WHICH CAN COME HANDY IN CASE OF A VACANCY IN THE REGION.
o Per worker productivity analysis.
o Fuel consumption / MT line wise.
o Machine wise daily productivity.
o Ensure proper Implementation of HACCP with in the current manufacturing process.
Production report Generation and Presentation:
o Daily /Weekly/Monthly (Item wise/ Line wise) production report.
o Daily Break down report (Line wise) Reasons & Time wasted.
o RM, PM consumption variance report.
o Shift wise / Line wise / machine wise manpower allocation report and Manpower Per MT.
o Daily Fuel Consumption report (LW/ PW)
o Excess /under weight report PW.
o Daily defects report (Burger/Cake Wastage & Seepage Material).
Wastage Analysis :
o Shift wise consumption and reduction of Wastage in both Cake & Burger products (RM/FG).
o Ensure Full control on Wrapper wastage with clear documentations (Machine wise and Product wise).
o Daily Manpower planning &Allocaiton.
o Ensure Proper usage of workforce resources both machine Wise/ Area Wise.
Supply Chain Management:
o Daily Monitoring of Timely Dispatch of Cake/Burger and other allied items to respective buyers.
o Daily meeting with Supply Chain Team for eased supply operations.
o Generating & reviewing of Daily Supply Efficiency Report.
Assurance of Above standard hygiene:
o Maintain high level of Hygiene and product Safety all around the manufacturing / Storage (Both- RM & FG area).
o Ensure that whatever FG are sent to the market, Carries high class standards.
- B.Tech in Food Technology with a minimum experience of 12 years/ Post Graduation in Dairy technology/Food Technology with a minimum experience of 8 year in consumer food products in area of Production / Quality Assurance.
