Job Description


Practice Marketing - Position and promote current semiconductor and board design offerings with global customers. Depth in ASIC & FPGA Design flows, EDA Tools, Foundries, Board Design, and semiconductor eco-system would be desirable.
Solutions Marketing - Have the depth to understand customer challenges, and articulate complete engineering solutions to global customers
Strategic Partnerships - Identify, develop and drive partnerships with measurable results that complement our business. Drive and expand existing partnerships, with a key focus on revenue and growth.
Product Marketing - Identify product / IPs to help accelerate customer engagements as well as generate product based revenue. Own complete product from concept, marketing requirements document (MRD), product specifications, competitive analysis, positioning, promotion and pricing. Need technical depth to engage with internal and customer engineering team and ability to work and influence cross-functional team.
Collateral - Generate content for the website, case studies, white-papers, PPTs and videos
Market Research - Identify market trends, challenges and top prospects for new and existing service offerings in various industry segments
Lead generation - Plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation resulting in opening new accounts and increased revenue
Internal Sales - Educate and support the sales and business-development team to close strategic business
Events and Trade Shows - Participate at relevant trade-shows to generate business leads
Analyst reports - Participate in analyst conferences, speak at events and conferences to drive recognition


Business strategy and execution to drive measurable revenue results from product and engineering practices
Collateral portfolio for new and existing product, practice and solution offerings
Collaborate with engineering / delivery managers to address potential business
Marketing campaigns and events that generate qualified leads

Desired Skills and Experience:


6 - 12 years of experience in product management / product marketing roles for a technology company, preferably within the semiconductor domain with prior experience in driving semiconductor partnerships
BE in the technology domain and MBA from a premier B-School
Acumen to understand various business situations, and respond to changing market conditions
Excellent oral and written communication skills, client-facing experience are a plus
Experience in building critical and/or complex products is preferable
Technical experience in VLSI/embedded/software companies is preferable
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts and offerings in written, verbal or visual manner, and advanced proficiency with making Power Point Presentations.
Experience in handling partnership with companies like Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Freescale, Intrinsic, Intel, Cypress would be beneficial.
