Key Skills Required and Account-abilities :
* Overall ownership of the truck hydraulic product line including profitability of segment, value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
* Developing sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes with focus on new market development in new market specifically middle-east and Africa.
* Identify product gaps, market trends, competition and lead new product development initiatives to differentiate product and company as a technology leader.
* Freeze technical inputs for the new product developments with coordination of design team, vendors and customer.
* Execution of New Product Projects through cross functional teams. Process owner for the entire business cycle of the New Product in terms of budget, cost, timelines and revenue.
* Providing direction to execute promotions / launches as part of brand building & market development effort including channel partner communications, datasheets, brochures etc.
* Review line and field quality issues and interact with respective divisions in resolving complaints.
* Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Must exhibit good interpersonal skills.
