1. Identify segment-wise potential & facilitate in bringing focus in each segment; both in the Organized & Unorganized retail sectors.
2. Identify growth trends in specific segments and proactively plan special campaigns targeting the retailers in these segment.
3. Support the Team with customized Presentations & success stories to tap business in each growing segment.
4. Closely work with the Sales Team to help them conduct Customer need analysis & offer customized solutions.
5. Ability to identify new potential opportunities & facilitate design team at the Plant in developing them.
6. Study the Competitors offerings and work with design team to develop better cost effective options & expand business.
Candidate should have Strong techno-commercial background, actively handled direct Sales to Customers in a competitive market on strength of technical-commercial benefits will be an added advantage.
