Ensure proper coordination with small and medium sized businesses for working capital requirement
Monitoring end to end transaction i.e. initial meeting to credit login and sanction, disbursement, enhancement and review / renewal on continuing basis.
Responsible for building up quality Asset portfolio of WC Assets
Continuous analysis of the portfolio for account conduct, account profitability, and portfolio profitability.
Credit monitoring of the on-boarded relationships through asset quality reviews and monitoring memos.
Facilitation & ensuring smooth flow of customer transactions
Guiding customer care team in handling customer queries and grievances
Building the systems and processes for monitoring Reports and documents received from customers
Co-ordination with operations, accounts & systems and process excellence teams to establish adequate system & process controls
Conducting routine audits and field visits for stock verification
Relationship Management for existing customers
Understanding & fulfillment of the enhanced needs of customers on a continuous basis
To achieve target by growing the business and managing existing relationships as well as acquisition of new customer relationships with credit and risk analysis, customer satisfaction objectives of the area assigned
Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans
