To provide HR business partner support to the plant management team and other line mangers in order to create an effective, sustainable plant operation.
To support each function in the achievement of their business objectives through executing on the appropriate people strategy issues talent, engagement, workforce planning, etc.
Responsible for improving employee relations, implementation of performance development programmes and administration of pay, benefits, health and safety.
Day to day industrial relations
Co-ordination of performance appraisal for management team and all shop floor employees together with the necessary training and development to support personal and organizational growth. Monitor progression
Set up and administration of effective payroll systems/practices for all employees
Provide HR support and advice within the plant management team.
