MBA/ MPM/ MSW post-graduates in HR 2 years full-time with 10-15 years experience in Independently heading plant HR and IR Management in professionally managed manufacturing organizations (chemicals, pharma, auto, packaging etc) with headcount 100-1000. Must have handled a team of 3-5 professionals.
