12 - 20 Years of relevant experience in plant operations management.
Knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing methods, Toyota Production System (TPS) a definite plus.
Knowledge of Six Sigma - Black or Green Belt Certification a plus.
Knowledge of Quality Systems.
Demonstrated and successful linkage to New Product Development initiatives.
