Experience with supporting and troubleshooting of IPMPLS, Service provider technologies MPLS,L3VPN, InterAS L3vPN, L2VPN, Multicast, QoS , Routing protocols, IP unified MPLS solution
Experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong working knowledge of Cisco Routers (IOS, IOS XR) and Switches (Nexus 7K, 6K, Catalyst family), routing and switching.
Knowledge and Skills:
Hands on experience on Cisco routers and Switches and familiarity with Data Centre Technologies.
Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IPMPLS/DCN network issues with minimal need to engage escalation resources.
Assist with Help Desk functions, provide technical support and troubleshooting to users.

An enthusiastic and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal both written/oral communication skills
Skilled at learning new concepts quickly and communicating ideas clearly and effectively
Certifications: Cisco CCNA, CCIP, CCNP
