* Lead and achieve sales target for Organization's Materials Movement All over India.
* Responsibilities include Pre sales, New Business Development, collection, Key Accounts and coordination on tender process for the desired geography.
* Develop sales strategy for different market segments / mini markets by identifying and penetrating into new segments.
* Increase the existing sales, identify and build new distributors and Channel partner networks. Increase the market share by indirect / channel sales.
* Understand the customer business process and positioning the solution in accordance, understanding of sector specific procurement process.
* Lead, manage and mentor team members for achieving a common goal. Coordinate training sessions and appraisal process for team members.
* Coordinate with marketing team for all marketing related activities. Represent the firms in all promotions activities at relevant conferences and seminars.
* Ability to coordinate and work with all stake holders involved eg. marketing team, finance, senior management etc.
