1. Be able to build and lead a sales team with the business growth;
2. Management of a geographically disperse Sales team to grow sales and market share in LED, especially through the retail lighting channels;
3. Sourcing new leads and growing current sales channels and business opportunities within the industry;
4. Assist in producing and implementing market plan to achieve business plan;
5. Deliver sales at agreed profit and market share objectives;
6. Training and development of territory sales representatives;
7. Partnering with the cross functional teams to achieve business plans;
8. Coordinating communication to and from Field Sales to cross-functional teams to ensure we stay ahead of the competition in key areas of pricing, advertising.
