Listening to, understanding and summarizing business requirements
Creating clear, well-written Product Requirement Documents that, in addition to the above, articulate user benefits, business benefits, key performance indicators and unique use-cases for new products, product features and feature improvements
Creating accurate Process Flow diagrams for each unique use-case
Ensuring that rock-solid Project Plans are created for each new initiative, with clear activities, milestones, owners and due dates Base camp and Team Gantt experience preferred
Following an Agile philosophy through frequent and rapid iterations in all stages of the Product lifecycle
Collaborating with UX/UI Designers on Wire framing and Visual Design journeys
Collaborating with Development & QA teams for successfully implementing, testing and launching new products, product features and feature improvements
Collaborating with Marketing teams on creating and executing multi-channel Marketing campaigns to successfully promote new products, product features and feature improvements
Monitoring the performance of new products, product features and feature improvements on a regular basis, presenting insights (status, progress, challenges, projections) to key stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations and decisions to improve product performance
Managing and strengthening relationships with any external vendors and internal stakeholders associated with your product initiative.
Conducting thorough due-diligence on new partners or products/platforms required for team success as well as preparing and presenting comparative analysis to key stakeholders
Conducting Post-Mortem Analysis after the launch of a new product, product feature or feature improvement, and determining what went right, what went wrong, and what could have been done better.
