Job Description

General Duties:

Develop understanding in the principles of buying media across all channels.
Build relationships with MEC pillars as well as with media owners.
Keep filing systems up to date and in good order
Clerical duties including reception cover as required and setting up / clearing up of meeting rooms for the team.
Attend all NGEN workshops and presentations
Attend all media owner presentations and departmental WIPs within the agency
Support team/department/agency on any requests
Active role as channel champion for selected medium
Regular fulfillment of competitive analysis requirements for clients
Assist with global reporting for international clients
Run and distribute end of month financial reports for group

Investment & Activation Support:

Loading of bookings into the BMD system with support of Executives/Managers
Track all positioning and placement of media to ensure they match bookings.
Responsible for material instructions top media and liaising with creative agencies to ensure their delivery
Assist team in inputting weekly campaign tracking for TV buying
Answer all account queries in timely manner
Collate all tear sheets, proof of posting, etc. for non TV campaigns
Compile post analysis of completed campaigns

Digital Support:

Loading of bookings into BMD system with support of Executives/Managers
Management of ad-serving for all campaigns
Become competent in the on-going optimization of digital campaigns
Material instructions and creative sourcing
Compile post analysis of completed campaigns
Answer all account queries in timely manner
