The marketing specialist is responsible for the creative development and management of the marketing functions in support of the Agility's marketing initiatives, to include coordinating the creation, production and distribution of marketing materials (hardcopy and digital) for various business groups.
Manage the creation, production and distribution of all collateral material for Agility Americas including Calendars, case studies, brochures (digital and hard copy),
Manage and update website content (internet and intranet).
Collect marketing content from sales organization for case studies and print articles.
Responsible for vendor selection and negotiation of printing and promo goods.
Manage the creation and distribution of regional Case studies
Work with the global marketing team on Global initiatives
PR/ Advertising / Google ads
Coordinate trade show participation
Work together with the Sales Leadership on lead generation activities.
Train and assist Country marketing representatives
Other duties as needed
Demonstrated proficiency in the development of marketing collateral material and sales tools.
Strong project/task management skills required.
Strong proofreading / copy editing skills are a must.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Good attention to detail and follow-up ability is required.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Experience with managing outside vendors in the creation and production of marketing projects.
Above average MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills required.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
