Heading entire Talent Acquisition Operations and managing end to end recruitment, ranging from manpower planning to recruitment delivery to recruitment tracking on time
Should Provide functional leadership to the team and ensure admittance of high quality delivery within compliance with pre-agreed SLAs for Talent Acquisition function and timelines
Strategize recruitment and bring in innovative recruitment practices, plan using multi channel sourcing and arrive at an approach based on the timelines, skill sets, Experience levels, Location for various resourcing needs for various accounts
Should plan and allocate hiring responsibilities to the team member and guide and motivate them to achieve their monthly targets. Introduce contemporary method of hiring to achieve exceptional talent acquisition performance
Should create Metrics Management and preparation of Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports, and Recruitment Presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should have 10 to 13 years of experience in recruitment (5 years experience in IT recruitment is mandatory)
Qualification: Any graduation/Engineering Graduate/Any Post graduation
Should have team handling experience.
Should be strong in report generation.
