The candidate will be required to take complete ownership for selling Learning Solutions in various markets
Establish long-lasting business relationships, fix appointments, generate leads, work on qualified leads, and close sales.
Meet individual and team revenue targets.
Successfully Interface with other teams (production / sales / technology / Presales etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
Thorough understanding of Training / eLearning market, technologies, solutions and tools.
Experience in selling custom learning solutions in International market is mandatory.
Experience in closing sales and achieving revenue targets in the range of $100K to $500K in a year.
Excellent Communication (Both written & verbal).
Good Presentation & Negotiation Skills
Experience on CRM tools like Salesforce.com (Preferred)
Must have minimum 4-6 exp. in selling eLearning Solutions in US/UK market
Confidence to give presentations / consulting to HR, Sales, Learning & Development Heads
Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills. - should have ability to initiate engaging discussions
Understanding of using basic MS applications Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Basics of Internet Browsing and Social Networking.
Experience of Database population and email campaigning.
Understanding of sales cycle of enterprise software products/solutions
