* Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services.
* Own the bid management process and build winning solutions.
* Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
* Work with onsite sales teams to manage & own/lead responses to customer requests for information, proposals etc.
* Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.
* Identify new opportunities & cross-sell in existing customers.
* Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations.
* Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
* Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
* 5+ years of experience.
Experience / Requirements:
* Strong skill and experience / Aptitude in responding to RFP / RFI for call center services.
* A proven track record in selling call center services to large and mid-tier companies
* Able to think strategically and understand complexities of call center operation and pricing.
* Highly motivated individual with a track record of excellence in internal/external customer interaction and impeccable attention to detail.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
