Incumbent will be responsible for all HR activities of the Unit.
Client is a services company (and not a manufacturing company)
A generalist profile managing HR, ER, PMS, T&D, Recruitment, HRMIS.
Initiatives related to employee engagement, feedback surveys, people development etc.
Will lead a team of 2 to 3 HR juniors. Reports to Zonal Head of HR
FULL time MBA is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
Exp. 10 to 14 yrs. in generalist HR role
