1:Planning and executing marketing plan to increase the sales on the Export Market (Germanic Region) in the assigned territory.
2:Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database. Screen the market for potential prospects and build a prospect pipeline for the tele calling team to work on.
3:- Managing the entire product life cycle from sales to delivery.
4:Sound knowledge to prepare Service Level Agreements and Marketing Collateral including business brief, etc.
5:Lead the tele calling team for all verticals to ensure faster turnaround on the client acquisition (Maintain higher hit rate, Faster status conversion from prospect to In-Trials and In-Trials to Booked).
6:Assist in developing marketing collateral, portfolios, client referral, etc. so as to aid the marketing efforts for the publishing vertical in the export and domestic market.
7:Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales.
8:Lead research efforts on the Market, Customers, Competition, Collaborators and Technology to help get insights on market trends, pricing benchmarks, competitive strategies, potential partners, etc.
9:Candidate will be responsible for leading the Digital Publishing Sales & Marketing department.
10:The key role will be to independently achieve targets (statistical as well as qualitative). He/She will also be responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets.
11:Facilitate the sales activities of Digital publishing solutions and services to develop new customer base in the Export markets for Germany. This position is responsible for developing and managing new business relationships for the Digital publishing vertical of MDS.
12:Managing the Digital and Smart Publishing Service portfolio, justifying new developments, determining and documenting new product requirements, developing sales forecasts and product pricing, and launching new services to the marketplace.
13:Design & implement sales plans & marketing data for MDS to support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.
14:Monitor, review and report on all sales & marketing activity and results to Management.
15:Develop pricing strategies, balancing MDS objectives and customer satisfaction.
16:Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
17:Carry out competitor and customer surveys.
