Looking for candidates with 15 yrs of work experience in Sales.
Manages sales directly to end-users of the organizations products or services in a large specified geographic area, and/or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis.
Develops an overall sales plan which prioritizes key customer industry segments and appropriate opportunities for cross-selling the portfolio.
Gains consensus on sales direction with key service operations management and the global marketing and sales function.
Facilitates the development and execution of targeted sales plans in key industry sectors and geographic regions and prioritizes this development based upon size of opportunity, strategic importance, cross-sell opportunities and likelihood of success to grow the companies long-term business relationships with key customers.
Develops leads and expands a professional sales force that supports clients vision and business objectives. Works closely with local and country management to understand forecasted capacity availability to appropriately staff sales resources.
Develops sales capabilities within the organization including recruiting, training and coaching as well as formalized sales processes and tools required to support the activities.
Facilitates cross-sales revenue development in prioritized industry segments.
Develops and manages sales incentives programs to ensure achievement of business objectives and to promote behaviors consistent with business philosophy.
Assists in the continuous relationship development of the highest priority accounts.
Manages the performance of direct reports by defining account-abilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Managing sales transaction pipeline and forecasting. Understand latest market developments and trends
* Candidate should have at least 15 years of overall work experience and 8yrs of relevant experience in sale.
* Experience in leading a team of minimum 7 people or more.
* Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA
* Should be a professional from the HVAC or Fire/ Building materials industry with proven track record.
* Strong technical and business/economic foundation, including formal account planning, Sales strategy development, sales tracking and measurement.
