As Manager Customer Care, you will report in to the Head Sales Support and be responsible for Customer Care in terms of overseeing the National Call Center for Customer Leads and Customer Query Management. You would be responsible for monitoring / follow up of payments, collections and complaint resolution. You would be involved with completeness and comprehensiveness of documentation, productivity of the Sales Admin Team, providing support to the Regional Sales Team.
You are a graduate in any discipline from a reputed institute. You have completed an MBA in Sales/Marketing from a good college. Over the last 8 years or so you have acquired substantial exposure to Residential Real Estate Sales ( Customer Care / CRM ) in the Mumbai Market. You have worked with top end companies and are familiar with the processes followed for this function, Ideally, you are a resident of Mumbai.
