Job Description


1. Responsible for the Sales Target for Solar Rooftop EPC Business in South India
2. Responsible for Non-tendering business (Private customers) in South India
3. Responsible for preparation of techno-commercials proposals for Solar projects (rooftop)
4. Meet the industrial & commercial customers on regular basis, generate and close the leads
5. Carry out preliminary site survey at customers premises required for sizing the rooftop plant size
6. Drive the implementation of direct Sales Plan to achieve the organization objectives.
7. Responsible for maintaining the profitability, in line with the set organization goals and business targets.
8. Liaisoning with Financial Institutions/Investors
9. Liaisoning with Government bodies like MNRE, CERC/SERC, SECI and Key State Nodal Agencies in South India
10. Track competitors information & pricing on regular bases and make the counter strategy accordingly
11. Track the Govt. Policies (both Central & State) on Solar Energy and align the sales strategy accordingly.

3. Can work under strict Sales Target
4. Excellent communication in English and local vernacular
5. Strong technical knowledge on Solar PV Plants
6. Excellent relationship with Govt. Agencies
7. Excellent presentation skills
8. Thorough understanding of financial model for rooftop Solar
9. Should have own vehicle.
