Job Description


Opportunity to be a part of the IT team for one of the leading private Life Insurance companies.
We are looking for a manager with minimum 6 years of experience in the mobility space who can lead an end to end mobile solution delivery and strategy for the firm. This includes exposure to mobile application development, testing, deployment & project management.

Job Specification:


Strategize mobility roadmap for the firm along with key stakeholders
Own the end to end delivery of mobility projects that are defined as part of the program
Experience in mobility development, testing, deployment & project management
Exposure and knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in mobility
Ability to work with vendor partners and execute mobile application development projects
Aptitude to learn new technologies and focus on delivering value to business through innovative solutions
Experience of system design and development in android, ios and windows platforms
Mobility Change Management

System Architecture & Technical Solutions:

Knowledge and experience of working with mobility architecture frameworks
Understand the technical architecture and functional flow of existing applications
Conduct technical feasibility analysis for the business requirements
Devise practical and effective solutions that can be quickly implemented
Prior experience in system design and coding will be an added advantage
Should be able to technically evaluate new systems/products/vendor offering that can add value or provide effective alternatives to existing systems

Project Management & Governance:-

Preparing the project plan and managing the on-time completion of all assigned projects
Adhere to Change Management Process for the systems
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure maximum participation
Team management
Plan the sub-activities and co-ordinate for the planned activities
Own the end to end delivery of project in time, as per scope and budgets
Knowledge of CAPM / PMP / PRINCE2 certifications will be an added advantage
Vendor governance and SLA tracking
Define and manage the governance mechanism with vendors
Define & Review SLA for enhancements; track and monitor SLAs; escalations wherever required
Cost Savings through estimation reviews & negotiations on Contracts / Developments
