To provide well managed, pro-active, reliable and efficient IT development and support for Fixed Income & Treasury business and related functions
To be locally responsible for support and to ensure Fixed Income and Treasury applications run to maximum efficiency through planned maintenance and effective support. Provide support to users to enable them to achieve their objectives through using the system in the most effective way
To review local business requirements and write specifications, in order to make regional IT teams perform requested enhancements in systems or in order to complete regional IT developments when necessary. To have a good understanding of business plans by a close liaison with the heads of business, in order to anticipate related IT plans
To be responsible for integration testing and to contribute to smooth implementation of global/regional releases or new modules for the Fixed Income and Treasury product line in Mumbai, co-coordinating with regional teams, dealers and non-trading users. This includes training if necessary
To project-manage Fixed Income and Treasury implementation projects on a case by case basis in liaison with regional FI&T IT and to accordingly document the respective implementation steps
Investigation and resolution of FI &T IT system problems :- By identifying the problem and proceed to the problem log
By addressing the issue in liaison with Regional FI&T IT
By documenting the resolution of the problem and ensure proper posting into incident management system
To provide end of day monitoring support for FI&T IT applications at the local level
Must be business oriented and have skills in financial instruments & markets.
To be responsible for Mumbai Business Continuity Process and DR exercise.
