1 Monitor and manage the 8 member Indian Telemarketing team who also work from home, each Telemarketer is tasked with setting 5 meetings per week
2 Provide and update data for each telemarketer
3 Ensure that all Business Development Directors (BDD's) have 4 first meetings each week all over India.
4 Manage the Indian sales diaries, checking geography, ensuring diaries are both time and cost effective
5 Have 1/1 calls with each BDD at the end of each week, checking their diaries and ensuring that they have sent their meeting reports
6 Have regular conference calls with the Sales Manager and the BDD's assisting where necessary for follow-ups
7 Check CRM System (SAGE) is updated for all meetings and meeting reports are attached
8 Go through the TM statistics daily, are they making enough calls, talking to Decision Makers or getting stuck with PA's. Which part of the process are they struggling with?
9 Keep a weekly record of each Telemarketer's stats
10 Liaise daily with the Indian Research Executive, checking that they have provided a list of new companies and all the updates and information on the daily press
11 Every Friday send the CEO for India and Sales Manager plus Ops Manager and relevant BDD's a copy of the diary for the week ahead
12 Prepare Telemarketing commissions 20th of each month
13 Prepare stats for Monthly Sales Review
Candidate Profile: Graduates or MBAs with 10-18 years experience. Should have been in Telemarketing/ Inside Sales during early years of career ; Should have handled a team of at least 20 Telesales Executives; Experience in interacting with Chairman/ MD level decision makers; experience in a medium sized call centers / Banks Super HNI clients / outbound sales.
