Job Description

Will be responsible for sales of Road Construction Equipment in region-Maharashtra & Gujarat

Responsible for Sales development, receivables management & C form collections for entire product line
Achieving the set target for Road Construction Equipment in Maharashtra & Gujarat.
Clear focus on key accounts & developing them to desired levels
Get required visibility & market share in retail market
Initiate, develop and implement Marketing plans and strategies for Road Construction Equipment
Identify and Develop new business opportunities
Strong Dealer Management Skills.
Enhance the working efficiency of existing dealers / identify new dealers wherever required / train dealer sales engineers / keep dealers motivated
Close co-ordination with Head office (Marketing, Communication, Parts & Service).
Lead from front to enter the new markets and counter competition
Play an active role in making proposals and product presentation.
Reporting: This position reports to the Regional Manager

The position requires very high travel and frequent contact with Customers, Financers, Dealers and the Regional Teams
Desired Profile Experience requirements
Candidates with atleast 6-8 years experience & knowledge of application in Construction Industry and proven record in sales ought to apply. Those who have sold road construction equipment only would be favorably considered.

Knowledge/Educational requirements
B.E. (/Mechanical/Civil) from a reputed institute.

Personality requirements
We are looking at a self propelled and is driven by results individual who loves meeting customers and create impression. Person with Assertive approach with willingness to travel extensively. A clear thinker with mature judgment is a prerequisite for this high pressure assignment.
