Job Description

1 Reporting & status update
Align SCM-Q PPAP reporting & tracking with all stakeholders.
Initiate constant knowledge and best practice sharing.
Ensure that all committees/ forums are informed about the PPAP status per vehicle variant and aggregate.
Ensure that EVM/ Logistics and SCM-Q are eferring to same part base.
Centrally coordinate PPAP update in SAP by collecting, storing, verifying of PPAP planning sheet, Product sign-off shett and PSW.
Process development and audit

2 Storage/ documentation/ labeling of PPAP documents
Define process for storage/ documentation. Labeling of PPAP documents according to TS/ISO 16949 requirements. Train the same within SCM-Q and conduct random internal audits.

3 Change Management
Represent SCM-Q in Change Management meetings conducted by LCM.
Consolidate all CR request which effect SCM-Q.
Coordinate re-PPAP requirements in case of changes.

4 Internal trainer SCM-Q
Be an internal trainer for SCM-Q PPAP reporting/ documentation & Change Management requirements. Good communication Skills.

Desired Profile
o Professional Experience
Good knowledge about supplier processes, supplier management
Knowledge about project management, audits, Six Sigma, Lean Management, Risk Management, TS/ISO 16949.
Working experience in automotive industry very useful
o Specific knowledge

Business fluency in German. (German language is compulsory)
Experience working within in a team.
Soft skills, very good communication skills, structured, analytical way of working.
