Identifying processes that can lend themselves to migration / transition.
Capable of breaking down each process to its elements , determine process requirements , draw up detailed process maps and determine forward and backward linkages to a specific process
Should be able to break down each process step to its elements and determine technology and skill / competency requirement
Capable of identifying potential breakdown in processes and design effective back up plans to enable smooth migration
Capable of identifying potential gaps in processes and recommending / implementing solutions to deal with such gaps
Able to lead , motivate and lead a young team of professionals in the Transitions function and coaching and guiding them to success.
Desired Profile Professional from the Operations / Transitions / Process Enhancement functions with at least 10-12 years working experience of which at least 5-8 years work experience into Transition from a BPO operations environment
o Individuals with Management Degree and Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt training would be clearly preferred ; Past background in BPO Ops clearly desirable.
o Strong project management skills with analytical and execution orientation ; must capable of articulating transition deliverables and rallying all to deliver on the same
o Strong communication and presentation skills ; Ability to articulate and influence internal customers with clarity of thought process is a critical requirement
o Should be capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with his / her own team , Local Leadership , US business / process owners and Service Partners
