Active involvement in process migrations & pilot launches,Requirement mapping for new business,Hand on experience in performance management & growth plan of employees,Aptitude to drive business & functions efficiently & independently ,Team Management
Preferably from IT / ITES background (ATM industry experience will be an added advantage),Earlier experience in operations management involving 24*7 support with team size of 20+ associates,Basic knowledge of Incident management & Managed Services overview
