Developing marketing plans designed to assure achievement of volume, market share and profit objectives
Develop sales strategies and implementation plans. Determine volume, market share, product mix and price targets and be responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Implementing strategies for acquiring business and effectively using the potential of existing accounts
Exploring potential business avenues and achieving increased business growth and initiating market development efforts
Managing sales & marketing operations; implementing sales promotional activities as a part of market development effort
Handling various marketing activities like pricing, distribution and promotion to achieve sales, collection, customer satisfaction and profitability targets within the given expense budget in liaison with high authorities
Handling product and brand promotion with emphasis on application details with the team of sales executives and distributors for the smooth flow of operations
Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients (OEM/ Industrial); handling various techno-commercial functions for securing projects
Networking with the project team to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in consideration the pre-discussed parameters
Key Account Management
Identifying prospective clients in the assigned territories, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets
Building & maintaining healthy business relations with corporate, institutional and OEM clients, maximizing customer satisfaction by meeting service & delivery norms
To guide the business group towards market positioning based on rigorous understanding of customer, competitors, markets, environment and internal competencies
Enhance value of Company products through excellent service-pre sale and post sale
Provide leadership and direction for market research and analysis in order to improve Business Group's competitive strategy
Participate effectively in quality forum and in product development council
Prepare and monitor sales expense budgets
Integrate usage of Information Technology in the marketing function.
Interacting with German client.
Must know German language
Frequently abroad traveling is required.
