Liaison across PSO departments to effectively maintain staffing on all known and future projects. Assist with capacity planning, identifying recruiting needs and proactively communicating staffing challenges.
Monitor weekly time entries and forecast data, ensuring accuracy through regular audits and follow up.
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly metrics and dashboards that show current and forecasted headcount and staffing information.
Gain knowledge of resource skill sets to identify areas of opportunity to staff across geos or departments. Recommend training needs based upon current skill set and future forecast requirements.
Partner with all Geo Staffing Managers and Dept owners to understand the needs across all geos, and look for cross-staffing opportunities.
Track bench continuously and take steps to ensure the bench utilization
Interface with HR for hiring at L1 level requirements as well as replacements
Bachelors Degree and 8-10 years of relevant resource management experience.
