Manager Learning and Development will be responsible for organizational development and learning initiatives .
Roll out the Management Development and Learning Strategy for the company that will support the growth of talent
Raise effectiveness of the Performance Management process through education and training of the line managers
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement activities
Design Reward and recognition program
Explore areas of strategic benefit in the area of Learning and Development
Work on Competency and Capability Development across functional areas
Carrying out timely learning opportunity as per the Training & Development needs identified through various processes through annual training calendar
Ensuring compliance of basic standards and designing the learning initiative as needed by business.
Candidate with 8 - 12yrs of exp in L&D , preferably from fmcg industry.
Experience in :
Devising a training strategy for the organization
Identifying training and development needs
Designing and expanding training and development programmes
Developing effective induction programmes;
Devising individual learning and Performance Improvement plans
Designing training materials for in-house training programmes
Designing competency development framework
Conducting competency development across the organization on regular intervals
Designing and coordinate Management development programme.
Succession planning and designing Individual development plan to create resource pipeline.
