Job Description

Sourcing for IT Positions

Understanding business requirements/position requirements with active dialogue with business
Deciding best sources for collecting relevant CVs
Short listing CVs
Coordinating with business on the interviews
Conducting the HR interview


Proposing offers based on internal benchmarks and external market information
Negotiating offers
Rolling out the offer letter
Following up on medical process
Keeping close contact with candidate until joining
Approval process
Responsible for approval process of hiring

Risk Management

Keeping track of hires vs approved headcount numbers
Ensuring all documentation for hiring is up to date
Ensuring vendor contracts are in place and up to date
Responsible for recruitment MIS

Internal Advertising/Employee referral

Managing the employee referral programme


Involved in recruitment related project

Desired Candidate Profile:

Handled Full Recruitment Cycle right from the sourcing till the negotiation.

Has drive/enthusiasm
Has a good eye for detail and numbers
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Should have handled Recruitment for JAVA & Dot Net Platforms .

Must have experience of Campus Recruitment
