Job Description

Summary: The successful candidate will be performing financial control in the area of Remuneration, Profit Share & Share Based Payment schemes for employees globally. Preparation of year end notes for employee equity participation and long term benefits for group sand subsidiaries. Reviewing the accounts to ensure a high standard and correct disclosure and co-ordinating the external audit of the subsidiary accounts and provide monthly variance analysis for payroll expenses.

You will be responsible for:
Managing equity accounting and reporting including FX exposure process for employees across globe.
Oversee and develop the monthly review and reconciliation processes, driving enhancements to ensure the output remains of a high quality and relevant to stakeholders
Support FORM team in periodic reviews and issues resolution.
Liaison with internal and external auditors.
Support onshore teams during year end and peak timings.
Managing ad-hoc reporting & queries
Primary review responsibilities within the GFS team, ensuring adherence to timetable and maintaining a high quality of deliverables.
Ensuring integrity and completeness of financial records, and ensuring compliance with finance control standards
Involvement in migration of any additional finance responsibilities which includes developing and maintaining process maps and supporting documentation for all finance functions managed by the team
Team development and staff management & Client Engagement
Primary review responsibilities of the work performed within the GFS team ensuring adherence to timetable and work plan and maintaining of a high quality of the deliverable.
Training and developing new starters; Leading and managing the team, and doing effective appraisals
Managing client relationship and handle first level escalations; Proactively seeking client feedback to further improve service level standards
Continuously innovate with focus to improve process enhance efficiencies and add value; Ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of the team.
Desired Profile Postgraduate accounting qualification, CA (Batch 2006 to 2008)
5-9 years of relevant post qualification experience including 4+ years of people management experience
Willingness to travel overseas.
Willing to work in shifts.
