Job Description

Role Description:

Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new and current premises
Identify and develop plans for the site and coordinate with resources necessary to execute the plans
Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibilities in managing building maintenance and operational activities
Act as the primary point of contact for senior management
Work with business units in space planning, relocation and seat optimization projects
Provide engineering, soft services and transport services support Provide safe and efficient transport services
Develop, implement and ensure compliance with all engineering and project management processes
Act as site in charge for business continuity planning in Chennai and head the crisis management team
Ensure that the site meets government regulations, environmental, health and security standards
Participate in additional projects, task forces, process improvement initiatives as assigned

Candidate Description:

Conversant with statutory requirements like Labour and SEZ regulations
Has thorough knowledge of facilities management services
Exposure to food and beverage services
Should have hands on experience and understanding of day to day facilities management operations
Good working knowledge of MS office (Excel / Word and PowerPoint)
