looking for an Implementation Planning and Investment Manager to lead the implementation planning, negotiation and buying across all offline media channels across a four key clients including leading travel and education brands.
This position would initially be a 12 month contract, with potential for this to become permanent should the right position become available.
Working in a large team which includes specialists covering a huge variety of different types of media, you will have the opportunity to develop a variety of skills, whilst utilising your solid media planning and buying skills.
Client relationship management and development
Manage and lead implementation planning, negotiation and buying across all offline media channels
Work closely and collaboratively with other internal specialists to create fully integrated media campaigns
Work closely with media vendors and establish key relationships with these partners
Manage, develop and guide an experienced assistant
Competent Implementation skills with the ability to translate a channel recommendation into a Media Recommendation / Plan
Understanding of all media channels, ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each channel and the impact these have in delivering on the client objectives
High level of media buying/negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of the media marketplace with the use of tools such as Matrix and SMI to demonstrate understanding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing and training junior members of a media team.
