Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Liaison with key decision makers - Business Managers, Risk Managers, Product Managers etc. in banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities and grow existing business
* Deliver revenue and volume targets across members and across products
* Ensure high quality delivery of service and timely resolution of all member issues
* Ensuring proper and timely data submission from Members/Data Quality
* Conducting training sessions for the employees of Members on Data Formats, Reports, new products and services etc.
* Ensure timely receipt of payments against Bills
* Concept selling to the potential members to acquire new relationships

Qualification Required: Graduate in Engg. / Com. / Eco. and a MBA in Marketing / Finance

Skills / Competencies Required:
* Extremely strong Customer focus
* Excellent relationship, communication and presentation skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, ie; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
* Good planning and organizing skills
* Hard working and having an eye for detail
* Very strong conceptual, analytical and execution abilities
* Lots of energy and passion for achieving targets
