Dimension and Scope:
This position is responsible for carrying out entire gamut of HR activities, from sourcing to exit thereby ensuring compliance with the company policies & procedures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
Managing the entire employee life cycle.
Building and maintaining effective strategic and operational partnerships with line management at all levels in the attainment of key business objectives.
Acting and serving as a subject matter expert and resource for HR policies Managing a team with their schedules and responsibilities.
Responsible for performance appraisals of all direct reports & establishing performance objectives for direct reports.
Coach and develop a high performance team through organizational leadership.
Provides weekly status report giving detailed information on the employment activity.
Assists with the development of new and revised general employment procedures IY/GN/HR/DOC/JD Confidential and practices.
Responsible for on boarding and joining formalities of the new hires.
Managing and administering the HRIS application that provides a single source employee-information database used extensively by HR department.
Maintaining the attendance, leave and other HR database.
Effectively managing the Attendance Tracking System which enabled the company to know the rate of absenteeism and conducting counseling sessions on one to one basis to know the reason of absenteeism.
Executing and performing duties such as researching & resolving issues and investigating complaints.
Recommended employee relation practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee motivation. Worked with colleagues to leverage best practices and consistency with HR programs and practices.
Apply fundamental business and human resource concepts to establish and maintain effective work relationships with managers, the corporation; and maintain professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
Handle information in a confidential manner
Prefer MBA-HR with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge of Recruitment, HR Policies & Procedures. Ability to work in flexible shifts.
Understands budgetary concerns and be able to meet goals within those guidelines.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Excellent planning, time management and decision making skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
