Job Description :
Work in a Shared Services General Ledger department, responsible for the processes including P&L & B/S Reconciliations, Accruals, Month-end activities and reports
Mapping business requirements and coordinating in the smooth functioning of processes in line with the pre-set norms; spearheading process operations and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
Determining training needs of employees and conducting need-based training programs to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity across the process.
People management, Performance evaluation of team
Driving process improvements in the division
Setting up targets/ goals for the process setting and maintaining Critical to Quality & Critical to Process targets for the process.
Ensure clear and updated communications with team members regarding process
Meets business targets for both quantity and quality
Recommends methodologies to improve processes and systems
Develop a good relationship with Onsite Finance Team
Ensure proper business communication is made on core activities
Develop transparent MIS reporting for management
Should act as SME for respective process
