Job Description

General Position Responsibilities:

Sales Support -- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
Marketing Support -- Support Marketing campaign efforts as they relate to Lead Gen
Operations -- Manage ongoing operations and maximize ROI of team.

Focus Areas

Business Development/ Lead Generation

Identify,build and recommend new prospecting processes/tools/vendors as needed.
Research and analyze talent management industry trends and competitive landscape to develop strategy.

Sales Support:

Partner with ENT sales team to drive revenue.
Manage and analyze Salesforce data to drive prospecting strategy

Marketing Support

Manage CADs to drive success at events
Create new messaging from feedback from the field
Analyze lead pipeline and make actionable plans


Manage team to consistently hit or exceed quotas
Recruiting and Retention -- maintain a fully ramped and productive up team
Succession Planning -- maintain and build career paths for CADs
Onboarding, ongoing training and development of CADs


Hiring, onboarding, on-training, retaining and managing a team of Corporate Account Developers (CADs)
Managing the CADs to identify and qualify prospects with the objective to generate sales opportunities for the Company's Talent Management systems
Moving prospects through the sales pipeline in support of the sales team
Following up on marketing-generated inquiries
Building a marketing and sales database of contacts
Creating and executing targeted sales support efforts
Contributing to driving revenue; setting goals for CAD team members to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets, as well as quarterly objectives
Oversee all training and coaching of CAD team members to achieve their set targets and objectives
Provide regular reporting to your manager, in order to follow progress throughout each quarter and to analyze trends
Other sales and marketing related duties

Required Skills and Experience

B.A/B.S or equivalent experience
3-5 years of proven track record of success within the business development and management field
Strong self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance and professionalism
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude
Excellent listening and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills
Previous experience with SaaS sales a plus
Effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills, specifically managing multiple marketing projects
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
