Role and Responsibilities for Business Development:
Daily Sales report & sales analysis, stores performance in comparison to other brands, sales analysis on best seller and non moving styles, RTV follow up of non moving styles.
Co-ordination with sales staff to motivate them & to understand the activity in the store
Target achievement on weekly basis. Performance report including growth over last year/ week/ month.
Co-ordination with format Head, Store Managers and Departmental Managers to ensure smooth operational working, resolution of issues and to receive timely feedback about the brands performance
Co-ordination with our Regional Managers and the warehouse for dispatches, return stock & stock re-allocation
Co-ordination with seniors in the HO for suggestions on improvement in brand performance at all levels and resolves issues/ disputes, if any
Follow up with format HO and our commercial team to get the new additional stores up and running
Keep a track and control on expenses for the warehouses and follow up for reimbursements
Keep a track on regular dispatches of stocks for each stores
Keep a close watch on our competitors activities and performance.
Travel for sales & performance purpose, staff meeting for achieving our target and improve our business.
Role and Responsibilities for Franchisee Management:
Handle Operations, Plan, Identify and acquire sites/ space/ property for the new store opening for company operated and franchisee operated stores.
Manage various accounts and their profitability, targets, revenue and growth.
Build relationships with agents and developers to secure key sites, manage for legal/regulatory and statutory compliance and finalize indentified properties.
Motivate and train the staff and provide their regular performance evaluation
Reach out to new companies and businesses to seek franchisees across geographies and identify new clients, build and maintain business relationships and strive to achieve goals.
