Exp in Insurance process is must.
Planning and Conducting Induction programs and product training for new joinee in Insurance.
Conduct corporate presentations for Life Insurance business.
Plan and execute monthly Training Calendar as per branch requirement.
Ensure product knowledge by Company's ways of training
Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
