Required Experience:

Candidate should be from Freight Forwarding industry
For Manager : Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience into sales & Marketing
For Assistant Manager : Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience into sales & Marketing

Job description:

Responsible for the department KPI & revenue target.
Build a good repo with existing key customer & make an in road for other Business opportunity.
Try enhancing the revenue from the existing customer base by crossing selling
Mapping of potential customer based on clients strength & work towards getting them on boards
Build constant revenue from the customer who has regular exports loads
Apprising Market trends/ competitors information and sharing the same with concern department.
Identifying sales resources and training them for better sales approach.
Excellent Good Communication skill,
Having good Customer base and geographical knowledge.
Able to generate business rapidly
Having fair idea about Ocean & Air Movements,
Capable to handle the Global RFQs.
