Overall General Management of a Development Center of an IT Services company with all round capability in Business Planning, Infrastructure/Capacity planning and management, Delivery Excellence management for Software Services, Business Development and Client Relationship Management
Part of the senior management team of the company with a capability to contribute towards development of business pipeline for the Center/Location
Build and maintain strong client/vendor relationships at tactical and operational levels with the objective of being a trusted business partner
Will be the Primary Owner for the Location/ Center responsible for cost, schedule, quality and all other aspects of the delivery operations from the center.
Drive teams to execute the services delivery operations, enabling cross practice, neutral thinking, conflict resolution, and effective communication and managing any cultural differences.
Responsible for understanding problem situations, evaluating risks and ensuring a development of mitigation plan for the same.
Business and Infrastructure planning and management for the Location/Center
Talent grooming and development, Team development skills are a must
Responsible for P&L of the location
Experience in ORACLE CRM is must.
Experience-18-22 yrs, with multiple/large project handling capability.
