Job Description

Identify & Drive critical projects at company Branches & Corporate with an intent to replicate it across all locations PAN India

Design, Develop & Drive Ideation across the organization.

Facilitate capability building on key areas in the respective functions with an objective to develop a critical mass across the organization.

Project Management

Drive Project management process within the organization through a structured process including need identification, review, closure, sign offs & implementation.

Engagement of self/team in Critical Strategic Initiative projects & High impact projects.

Partner with stakeholders to Identify project opportunities through boot camp, brainstorming, BSC etc.

Utilize Audit, Assurance & complaint reports to identify gaps & project opportunities.

Monitor progress & establish reporting system through a dashboard for review by seniors/stakeholders. Intervene, seek intervention & establish governance mechanism wherever required.

Facilitate timely execution of projects assigned to self & team.
Post completion of projects, ensure change management for effective implementation, sustenance & replication. SIX Sigma BLACK Belt Certified is Mandatory( Project Submitted and Certification Received)
