2. Track record of driving large complex solution engagements.
3. Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.
4. Strong financial / business acumen.
5. Experience in managing performance of individuals and teams across locations.
6. Leading the pre-sales teams to win multiple key accounts and engagements
7. Experience in Client Engagement, Consulting Program management and Solution Architecture.
8. Proficiency in analyzing the customer's business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions.
9. Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, solutions and concepts relevant to diverse industries. Experience in providing software solutions in BFSI vertical is a must.
10. Expertise in designing & implementing training programs for bringing keen customer focus, high energy level, team spirit and knowledge dissemination among employees.
11. Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.
