- Play a key role in supporting, tracking and guiding change management interventions across transformation related interventions for allocated businesses
This position shall work with the BPT leads and Business CEOs to use structured change management approach to engage stakeholders and manage employees adoption to change
This position will be responsible for supporting and ensuring all central communication for Transformation Program.
This position will work closely with Head- OCM/SPMO & focus on the people side of change -- including changes to business processes, systems and job roles and organization structures. Support in creating and rolling out overall capability development program (training) to ensure transformation is sustainable and institutionalized.
- A Management Graduate from a Premium Business School
- Comprehensive understanding of the potential issues and change management strategies associated with different stages of transformation lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience of handling change initiatives linked to transformation programs such as SAP implementation, Outsourcing, Shared service set-ups or Acquisition Integration. - - Considerable experience and expertise in Change Management Modules including stakeholders' management, communication, training and organization redesign.
