Coordinate with the research team at R&D Japan and parallelization experts
Identify, propose and develop solutions towards developing long term evolving platform solutions
Coordinate and guide other team member towards solvingcomplex medical image processing problems.
Good mathematical and image processing knowledge
Should have experience of 2D/3D image registration.
Should be able to handle a small team as well as contribute as an individual specialist
Proven deliverable/research in medical image processing and parallel computing areas
Excellent command over usage of OpenCL, CUDA Matlab
Excellent programming skills using C, C++, Visual C++.
Proficient using Cmake, Shell scripts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Writing medical and critical device software (certified under IEC 62304) is plus
Image registration(2D/3D), segmentation, feature extraction methods etc
Exposure to open source libraries like OpenCV, ITK
