Job Description

Acquire the targeted no. of corporate customers in the target period
Achieve the sales target allocated for the defined period
Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets for the assigned Key accounts through Channel Partner & DST s
Ensure the adherence to the payment collection / Outstanding systems & procedures as per company policies
Ensure the maintenance of the prospect cards containing the information as per the defined systems & procedures, by DSTs
Build and lead a team of DSTs and allocate them Accounts & sales targets in coordination with the Head .
Build & maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts
Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business
Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues
Analyze the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information & initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business
Responsible for proper sales & product training of the team members
Acquiring business through channel partners/ Dealers.
Analysing business opportunities in existing accounts based on existing Service Line Offerings (Mobility and fixed line) and working with Business Development and/or Delivery teams to convert such opportunities
Handling end-to-end responsibility for proposing solutions to meet customer needs & address complex business/technical requirements
Involvement in feasibility study and risk management for CAPEX calculation and thus developing of competitive pricing strategy
Developing and coordinating responses to RFPs for key accounts, as needed and supporting these needs for other accounts
Interacting with clients, vendors, internal teams and horizontals to achieve milestones
Involvment with sales team to enhance relationships with large corporate resulting in increasing the revenue from the corporate
Looking after corporate retention activities by means of various available tools
Desired Profile The candidate should have a good experience inhandling Corporate accounts.Candidates from FMCG, FMCD and Telecom will be given preference. Salary not a bar for the deserving candidate.The candidate should have handled a team .The location of the job is Kolkata.The candidate should be willing to join at a short notice.
