To work as part of the Client Relationships Acquisition & Management Team for Innosearch Consultants. As a member of our front facing Team, you would be actively involved in researching business opportunities, sourcing new business and maintaining and developing relationships with existing Corporate Clients. Our Clients are all blue chip Companies and the very best in every sector that we are engaged in. We work with Senior Management Professionals including Chairmen, CEO, Director - Medical Services , HR Head and HR Teams in most of our Client Organisations. We seek to build enviable relationships with each of our Clients based on proven delivery time after time. We would like to achieve the trust of a "first recall" partner and internal resource for our Client Companies. We believe we can achieve this through clear understanding, speedy turnaround and value delivery. Your role would be primarily front facing with lateral relationships with the BOH Talent Search & Acquisition Team. Remuneration for this role is fair and based on a sliding scale related to success.
You are a qualified graduate from a reputed institute. You may have a post graduate qualification such as an MBA or any other qualification in Sales & Marketing ( however this is not mandatory ). You have had a successful career for about 5 years or so. You have consciously taken a career break to build a Family. Your children are now reasonably grown up and you would like to take up a work assignment once more. However, you are unable to commit to fixed hours of work or to leaving the house and going out to an office for regular work. You would be keen on work that can be executed from home with limited time spent in actual out of house contact hours. Ideally, you would have a background in Sales / Business Development and are familiar with good processes in this domain. It is essential that you are a resident of Mumbai.
